How do I choose a roommate?

If you have a roommate preference, please note that during registration. If you're coming solo, no worries, we will match you with a roommate. There is an option to have a single room but this will typically come at a surcharge.

If I pay for the entire trip at once, will I get a discount?

Yes, if you pay for the trip upfront, your cost will be less than the payment plan.

Is there an itinerary?

Yes, there will be an itinerary given 1 month before departure to ensure you are thoroughly prepared for your trip. 
The itinerary includes group time( excursions, events, partys), as well as individual sightseeing time, if you want to go experience the beautiful country with a small group of your friends.

Are my flights included in the payment?

Accepted Answer

No. Your payment includes your stay, transportation to and from events, food at select events and entry to all of the Winner’s only events. Your flight will have to be purchased independently.

Yes, all of our travel locations will have wifi.

The trip photographer will provide a link to all of the pictures taken that weekend
